Memo to Short-listed Firms to be Interviewed

The designers listed above have been short-listed and will be interviewed for the services relative to the work for which they submitted a "Statement of Qualifications".

Attached to this memo are the following:

1) A copy of the "Program" that has been developed for the project.

2) A copy of the "General Information about the Project".

3) A copy of the score sheet which will be used by the ___Interviewing Group)___  for the interview.

Each design team will be allowed 45 minutes to present their qualifications and to answer questions. The amount of fee for the design work will not be discussed as a part of the interview process. The interviewers will schedule 15 minutes between interviews for informal discussion of information presented during the preceding interview. At the completion of the interviews, the designers will be ranked by the Interviewers to determination which firm, in the view of the Interviewers, is most qualified to do the work. The team deemed to be most qualified will then be invited to enter into negotiations for a contract to provide the appropriate and necessary design services. These negotiations will include the determination of the design fee. If contract terms cannot be reached, the Design Team ranked second will be invited in for contract negotiations.
