Prior to the evaluation, the client should determine the "weight" that is to be assigned to each of the items being evaluated with the range being from a high of 10 to a low of 1. This helps assure that all "Reviewers" are basing their evaluation using the same weight. The "weight" should be an indication of the relative importance the client places on each item being evaluated. Ratings should be indicated on a 1 to 5 scale with 5 being the highest rating.
