Qualifications Evaluation Summary

To be used by the Review group person in charge to compile the evaluation results of all Letters of Qualification submitted. Note: Enter the Grand Total for each team's qualification from the evaluation sheets by each person preparing a "Qualifications Evaluation". The Grand Totals from Evaluation each Team divided by the number of Reviewers preparing an evaluation will give the average score for each Design Team. The highest average score indicate the most-qualified.
